  1. Deceiving workout today! Went in thinking it would be horrible, but loved it 🙂 Goes quickly, especially if the HSPU aren’t your “thing” (yet!) part 1 3 rounds + 5 reps / part 2 #90 / part 3 #145 deads time-??
    AND… Rach and Amanda are superheros. 😉
