CrossFit Division: Starting on Sunday February 1, 2015 at 8:30am-9:30am
The physical and mental benefits of yoga are well known. At CrossFit Division, yoga classes help all of our athletes recover from our high intensity workouts as well as improve their flexibility and balance – two of the 10 physical skills of CrossFit. Yoga is included in our regular membership and we encourage all members to make it part of their health and fitness regimen.

7 x 2:00 Minute Rounds:
200 Meter Run/Row/AirDyne
5- Pull-Ups
10- Pushups
15- Air Squats
AMRAP Power Cleans in Time Remaining #135/#95
Rest 1:00 Between Rounds
Score is Total Power Cleans across all rounds.
