– Weekend CrossFit Classes- Saturdays and Sundays at 9:30am
– CrossFit Yoga- Sundays- 8:30am- 9:30am
– CrossFit Kids- Fridays 6:00pm- 7:00pm Sundays 12:30pm- 1:30pm
– CrossFit Teens- Sundays 2:00pm- 3:30pm
