Spend just over 2 hours with Christine Ecclestone and Ali Dings both gymnastic Coaches within Kitchener-Waterloo to learn how to effectively and safely move and control your body weight in space- 🙂

AMRAP 5-4-3-2-1:
10- Pull-Ups
10- Hand-Release Pushups
10- Power Snatches (75/55)
 Each Partner completes 5 AMRAP’s individually – 5/4/3/2/1.

  1. I couldn’t believe that my push-up form started to break down mid-way through the workout. I had to consciously remember to tighten my core before starting the push up each time. I’m going to say that was due to exhaustion. I did 9 rounds (in a group of three, transitions were a bit muddled).

  2. 10 rounds, was tough to keep track of where you were during transition. Second partner definitely got a little burned with minute less rest lol. rx through but ring pull ups
