  1. That workout completely killed my forearms, which I had expected, but still…

    I tried to have a strategy going in. I broke my KBS into sets of 25, and gave myself a minute for each set. Then I made sure to finish my row in under 8 minutes (it ended up being just over 7). I thought that would leave me plenty of time to finish off the last KBS, but I ended up having to break them down into sets of 10 with one set of 15 (leading to a time of 16:30ish). Hopefully next time we do a workout like this I’ll be able to do larger sets at the end, too.
