Learning how to scale properly is extremely important, it will dictate how intense your WOD will be. Remember, the intensity of a WOD is defined by the work done over time. If you are stuck in your WOD because you can’t perform movement with a proper technique, you are not working well. Listening to your coaches and asking them questions is very important. We want you to succeed as much as you do if not more. Kick the ego out the door and work hard. See you later peeps. #strongerthanyesterday

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
15- Chest to bar pull-ups
30- Second Ring L-sit hold
