Getting Started with CrossFit Division

WHAT:
The one on one Elements program is an opportunity for new athletes to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit who are looking for more of a private setting or who have limited availability. Athletes will graduate Elements with a basic understanding of the CrossFit methodology including the fundamental movements, proper warm-ups and cool-downs, nutrition and mobility.

WHO:
Everyone interested in training at CrossFit Division

HOW MANY SESSIONS:
3 Elements Sessions

WHERE:
At CrossFit Division, 505 Conestogo Road, Unit 8, Waterloo Ontario

COST:
$75 per session.
**THE REMAINDER OF THOSE 30 DAYS YOU GET UNLIMITED ACCESS TO CFDV CLASSES.**

WHEN:
Times and Dates that work for you and your coach.

GRADUATING:
Based on coaches assessment.

20- Box Jumps (20″)
20- AbMat Sit-Ups
20- Kettlebell Front Rack Step Ups (20″)
200 Meter Run
