Sign up  as normal and come on in for some mobility, make up a missed workout, or practice a skill you’d like to improve on. Come with a plan. Warm up thoroughly on your own and go about your business. Coaches are present for questions
Teams of 2, partners alternate complete rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in
12 Minutes of:
12- Wallballs
12- Burpees
