  1. Coach Dave!! Todays class was a technical masterpiece!!! Loved it. This was first time that I felt like i had some solid positioning in my squat snatch and OHS.I think it is great that you move around the room like a “whirling dervish” and fine time for everyone to help tweak or movements to make us better.

    Keep up the the great work DV!!
