BIG Congrats to Mike “Boogie” for taking 1st in his respected division

5 Rounds of:
1:00 Minute: Handstand Walks/ Handstand Holds/Plank Holds
1:00 Minute: Hip Extensions/Good Mornings
1:00 Minute: Burpees over the box/plate
1:00 Minute: REST
A total of 15:00 minutes of work, with 5:00 minutes of that focused on getting vertical in some way. The other 10:00 minutes are going to be about “cardio” output. Use the rest of the time to slow down your heart rate down to prepare for the next round.

  2. For me, that was the toughest workout of the week so far. I tried kicking up to a handstand hold 12 times in the first round, followed by 16 GHD hip extensions. After that, my legs were gassed for the rest of the workout. It was also a lot of fun, though.
