    Followed that rep scheme for 9 Minutes
    Min 10 and Min 11- 2 Deadlifts
    Min 12- Min 20- 3 Deadlifts

    Alternated between rounds with Double Unders/Burpees over the bar and AirDyne

  2. The intention was to do 3 DL @ 225 and run 200m every min. Kept that up for the first 9 minutes then alternated 3 DL/burppes and 3 DL/200m run
