Its happening tomorrow, Saturday June 25, 2016-
Relentless Series: Team Throwdown 7:30am-3:00pm- Come and cheer on your fellow CrossFitters as they crush their way through a few little WODS! all are encouraged to come and watch/support.

Athlete check in 7:30-8:00am

WOD #1 breakdown 8:10am
WOD 1- 8:30-9:20am
10 heats

WOD 2 Breakdown – 9:40am
WOD 2 – 10 am – 10:40am
2 heats

WOD 3 Breakdown 11:10am
WOD 3 – 11:30am – 12:05
4 heats

LUNCH – 12:05- 1pm

WOD 4 Breakdown at 1:10pm
WOD 4 — 1:30- 2:15pm
2 heats
Prizes and awards ceremony – 2:45

Barbara demands roughly 3 minutes of all out work punctuated by 3 minutes of rest repeated for a total of 5 intervals. At about 3 minutes of work and a 1:1 work to rest ratio this is an aerobic interval. Though three-minute efforts reach into aerobic turf they are short enough to still have a strong anaerobic character
