  1. I slogged through the WOD Rx’d with one exception – I did 25 wallballs in round 2 using the 30lb wallball. I should have done the WOD using the 20lb ball.

  2. That was challenging to say the least. BUT I LOVED IT #AllTheFitness
    Great 5:30 class coached by the lovely Jenna. The positive encouragement throughout literally kept me from stopping 🙂
