  1. That was a doozy! Good workout and feel great now but definitely wanted to puke halfway through round 2. 7:30 only had 4 people to so we did a modified version for teams of 2.

    Shout out to Amanda who was a great teammate, she did really well and kept me on my toes! Airdyne and Rower were ok, pretty consistent….bench press was challenging. Had to knock weight off each round to be able to finish my reps. 95, 75, 65. Definitely want to work on building the stamina to power through at RX or at least a consistent scaled load.

    Couldn’t do a push up to save my life right now. Feeling good!
