  1. 1st AMRAP
    15 deadlifts at 60lbs, but only got in 12 burpees – spent to much time on the double under buy-in #FAIL
    2nd AMRAP
    10 deadlifts at 80lbs – 1 full round #BOOM
    3rd AMRAP
    Deadlift at 90lbs – 2 solid rounds #LIKE A BOSS

  2. Double unders went well – 73 unbroken then 75 unbroken for other rounds. 1 Round + 8 reps/1 Round + 11 reps/2 Rounds + 2 reps @ the Rx’d Weight.
