  1. Gnarly WOD today! Gad tough time pushing through the burpees . Started at 155lbs and added from there . averaged 14 cal a round. #somuchfitness #

  2. Tough one today, started at 115 and worked our way up.

    I believe calories were 13-11-9-7, but on the Assault Bike (what were we thinking??!?).
