3- Clean and Jerks #135/#95, 3 Barbell-Facing Burpees
6- Clean and Jerks, 6 Barbell-Facing Burpees
9- Clean and Jerks, 9 Barbell-Facing Burpees
12- Clean and Jerks, 12 Barbell-Facing Burpees
Continue to add (3) repetitions to each movement until the 10:00 minute cap.

  1. Found my dark place tonight and pushed through. 12 rounds + 15 C&J and 10 BF Burpees. Followed it up by matching my snatch PR #195.
