  1. Great point of reference to work from, did not repeat this one from Dec 20, 2017 so I have no data to compare with.
    AMRAP 1- 6 full rounds + 2 Power Cleans
    AMRAP 2- 5 full rounds + 1 Power Clean
    AMRAP 3- 3 full rounds + 3 Power Cleans

    AMRAP 3 – 3 full rounds + 2 Power cleans RX

    Not bad for an old guy.
