  1. Part1 –
    8 power cleans @ 55lbs and the last 4 @65lbs.
    8 power snatch @ 45lbs and the last 4 @ 50lbs.

    Part2 – 2 rounds??? Wait. Whaaat?
    I finished the burpees on round 1 – (okay fiiiiiiine. I only did 12 of the 18)
    Then had to hit the showers…..
    Awesome job to everyone that got through BOTH rounds of part 2 #SOMUCHFITNESS

  2. Great WOD today!
    Part 1 – 135lb/95lbs – Very pleased with the power snatches. Every rep felt great.
    Part 2 – I ran twice and rowed the other 4. Did the RX’d weight and was able to slog through 18 unbroken both rounds. 22:09
