Part 1. Front Squats- With a running clock:
Minutes 1-7 “On the Minute” – 2 Pausing Back Squats @ 55% of 1RM Front Squat
Minutes 7-10 – Rest
Minute 10 – 8 Front Squats @ 
53% of 1RM Front Squat
Minute 13 – 8 Front Squats @ 55% of 1RM Front Squat
Minute 16 – 8 Front Squats @ 57% of 1RM Front Squat

Part 2. OTM for 10:00 Minutes
20- Kettlebell Swings 24kg/16kg

  1. Pausing Back Squats – needed to make sure I wasn’t cheating myself on the “pause” slowed it down to try and use a full 30 seconds per set of 2 @ 70lbs.
    Minute 10- 55lbs
    Minute 13 – 65lbs
    Minute 16 – 65lbs
    Part Deux –
    20 KB swings with the white, then promptly scaled to the green for the other 9 rounds.
    Great way to start my FriYAY!
