  1. Nice day for a run or two! Cleans and Snatches felt great in Part 1. Did part 2 with the Rx’d weight and finished it in 16:31.

  2. Part 2 was fun!

    17:20 using what I think was the 50lb KB. Had some help pushing things along the first mile, finished that in 6:40!
