  1. That was hard. I managed to complete 88 reps on round one but had nothing left for toes to bar round two and only managed 64 reps. Round three was good and I got 77 Ross

    Very aggressive workout, the blood was really pumping for this one! Threw a bunch of scaled reps in there as the c2b, t2b and pullups were taking too long and slowing me down. Thanks for the push in the last round Dave.
