Part 1. OVERHEAD SQUAT10:00 Minutes: Build to a Heavy Set of 3 Reps
Part 2. On the Minute for 12:00 Minutes (3 Rounds):
Min 1: 12- Double KB/DB Front Rack Reverse Lunges
Min 2: 12- Deficit Pushups (stack plates)
Min 3: 12- Double KB/DB Front Rack  Box Step-Ups
Min 4: :40s Plank Hold (elbows)
Athletes choose loading on the KB/DB, with the intention being that each set is straight.

Box Brief:
Tuesday June 6, 2017- Bring a Friend Day- All classes are free try for new Athletes
Wednesday June 7, 2017- Gymnastics Class will be cancelled
Wednesday June 14, 2017- Gymnastics Class will be cancelled
