  1. Jay and I did this as a pair today. We kept the same rep scheme. 24:48. We both agreed that we can’t think of a time when we sustained that level of exertion for that time period. Good stuff!

  2. Matty and I also did it as a pair with the same rep scheme, 33 minutes flat. Push-ups were the kicker in this workout, I’m thankful to have had a partner like Matt that can really fly though them!
