  1. The run was right in my wheel house but the snatches were a little to heavy. Next time I will scale.

  3. This wod surprised me! First time running 400’s in a while (thanks Nike metcons) so was not sure I’d make it to the snatch…. I did, just like Taylor and Dave said I would LOL. Helped chasing Rach!
