  1. Did pushups instead of bench
    R1: 40+10 (really sold the farm on the pushups for this round…)
    R2:15+9
    R3:14+8
    R4:12+8
    R5:12+5

    Total: 93+40
    Would have liked to squeak 7 more pushups in for an even 100, but oh well.

    Started with 400m run x4 – fastest split was 1:43, slowest was 1:47….starting to get more consistent in pacing for runs.

  2. 6:30 class was awesome! Erica gave me a great push. Maybe bullied Simone and Lindsay to go up in weight and what do yah know…those girls are STRONG 😉
