    More away from gym hotel stuff today.

    100 jumping jacks, 75 air squats, 50 push-ups, 25 burpees for time. 12:05min

    20 tuck jumps – 3 rounds, 30 second handstands – 3 rounds
    3:something

    100 air squats, 3 min rest, 100 air squats 8:54min

    Looking forward to a gym workout tomorrow. πŸ˜‰

  2. Whoa, what a workout! 12:51 using a 44lb KB (should have used yellow in hindsight).

    Bunch of jackrabbits in the 530 class really pushing the pace on the run!

  3. Hot one at 3:30! My first sandbag run in a long time and especially after running an 800 so happy with that.
    Did a 20kg kb and finished at 15:22

  4. 12:13 rx this morning. Those KBS were deceiving! But any workout with air squats, running AND double unders is fun in my eyes πŸ˜€

    Also, fun to try and keep Mike in my sight. Seriously, he is the road runner, I swear. How does he move that fast #Goalz
