  1. Ummm wow…. lol

    Awesome workout. Loved it all. Took my body to a place my mind didn’t think I’d make it to. I kept th weight light to get the movement and form down. Glad I did, cardio remained high.
    35lb Dumbell 55 reps
    Pull ups 12 strict 15 jumpers died …
    40 cal bike
    5 strict handstand push-ups then time capped.

    Finished the remaining 50 HSPU with 6 more strict then toes on a box. Sets of ten.

    Was empty after. Fore arms blown up, cardio shot and a smile on my face. Ahhhhh

    Now food!! See ya tomorrow!

  2. Fun 3:30 class with Big T! Loved the work on the Turkish Get-Ups before the workout.

    Scaled the pull ups to jumping pull-ups but kept everything else RX. Finished with 48 HSPU…RIP arms 🙂
