  1. Fun little burner @0500. Not sure if my increased work capacity is due to consistency, or if it’s because I wore my black reebok’s , and loaded my barbell with the numbers to the inside so the power doesn’t leak out. #GMBB

  2. DT is one of my favourites. Heavy barbell + not having to run anywhere = good.
    Addition of the calories was not welcome but I endured it.

  3. Wow, I’m going to be useless at work this afternoon. Did “Open” and hit 30/19/30 calories on the bike. The second round by far was the hardest.

  5. There’s a common theme tonight – barbell work and no running!!! Second round hurt the most. Good push from Mitch and Dave V during the 4:30 class tonight.
