  1. We mixed it up at noon and did Part 2 and 3 then the front squats. 8 rounds + 9 reps on Part 1, 75 @30lbs Part 2 and an unimpressive 235 on Part 3. My abs were too shot to effectively stay vertical when the weight got heavy.

    Part #2 – *8 rounds or 9 rounds…lost track after 5
    Part #3 – 107 reps #30WB

    Dave said if you got over 100 reps to get to 150 not for time
