  1. Did this at home this afternoon. Part 1 – 155/165/175/185/190 (failed). Part 2. I misread the workout thinking there was a 15 calorie row and 200m run. Since I don’t have a rower at home I did a 400m run each time. It didn’t leave me much time for push press. I hit 7/9/6/7 reps @115.

  2. Great training session today gang! Got the opportunity to jump into the 4:30pm class- You guys were AWESOME! especially Timmy and his PRs!!!! ๐Ÿ™‚
    Part 1. 135-155-175-185-205- PRd because I warmed up with the Black Rogue PVC Pipe! ๐Ÿ˜‰
    Part 2. 25-23-23-26, all with 200m runs

    Part 2: 12 – 10 – 10 – 13 @ 95lb

  4. Made the error of bringing a not tired enough puppy so first part I only did
    5- 85. 4 -90 3-95 which was a pr so it was ok to stop ๐Ÿ™‚

    12-10-8- 6(I’m using the clock debacle as why I didn’t hit 8 in the last round ๐Ÿ˜‚) at rx
