  1. I love these longer WODs. My legs were kind of sore going into the WOD from yesterday’s squats. That made the AirDyne that much more fun! I finished the first part in 16:55 as Rx’d. I did the second part in about 13 minutes.

  2. Legs started the day sore after Monday and are even worse now. That being said… I *loved* this workout!

    I hope I can walk tomorrow…

  3. Part 1 well… that was interesting. Wore a 20lb vest for the whole thing, finished in 15:14 but subbed 200 singles for the 100 dubs. Biking with the vest on = shenanigans, in case anyone was wondering.

    Part 2, did not record the time but did 35lb dumbbell and 135 plus whatever the sled weighs.
