  1. I didn’t think it was possible to get through one full round of the first part. I managed 1 full round + 2 calories in the “Open” level. Then 1 round + 8 calories then 1 round + 15 calories, 15 burpees and 5 pullups. Definitely an intense WOD!

  2. All Day classes brought the intensity on this WOD!!!!! I got the opportunity to train with the 4:30pm class!

    First round 56 reps
    Second —one full round plus 2 calories
    Third – one full round plus 10 cals plus 4 burpees

    Awesome 4:30 group 🙂
