  1. Boy oh boy……I’ll be wary of all girls named Brittany now. Dave scaled me back to 20 reps after watching my warm up and it was spot on for my body today. Keen eye. I have been looking for a coach to ‘give my body to’ so to speak and let them mold the perfect athlete. All are in great hands with him at the helm. So glad I found this place. Back to the workout though…tough and steady. I loved it. Got cold outside ….brought good memories back…..felt my legs die from wall balls …KB swings (green) were a good pace and I could have gone heavier, the box jump was tough…landing hard on the floor. Legs were really tired from those. Anxious to turn into a Human spring like Nick. Wow that guy had a good pace. I aim to keep up in 6 months. Time for today was near 15min. Loved each second of it too. Candy tonight…then No Sugar No Grain November. 😆 I’m sure it will be awesome.

  2. Jumped in to 3:30 class Great push from everyone in that wod definitely kept me moving even being lapped by mike lol

  3. 17:41 “Performance”, as I did not meet the box jump standard. 😦

    Wallballs were rough after all the kettlebell swings, had to push through it and break up the reps!

      • The last two times box jumps were in the Open, it was 13.2 and 14.3. Both allowed step ups as part of the RX workouts. 🙂 🙂
