  1. Well that was fun. Lol

    I missed the 0930 and came in for the open workout.

    Chased after the posted exercise for the day solo. Different dynamic in a solo effort. Very much you against your mind. Tough opponent.

    I scaled the numbers back a little. Cals stayed at 20, bar at 95lbs and reps to 15. Did it in 36min. I didn’t die necessarily but the pace was good for me. Will be fun to see my work capacity climb In the coming months.

    Super loving Crossfit and really happy I found this gym. 😉
