  1. I did this in my garage today. I warmed up then worked up to a heavyish power clean then hit the WOD. 5 rounds + 34 reps in the “Open” level.

  2. Today’s wod got spicy quickly. Weight didn’t seem like it was gonna be awful and strangely it was

    Open weight with GHD instead of toes to bar 4 complete plus 6 double unders

  3. This was interesting, grip was worn out by the end. Did 95lb with the barbell, 60 singles, half T2B and half K2E. Finished 4 rounds plus 18 reps.

    THEN Matty and I smashed out some cals on the bike as part of the extra work. This was really tough by the end, but am happy with 42/41/43/44 calories for each of the 4 rounds!
