When and how did you get started with us?
I started about 1 year ago after reading online about the Barbell Club. Although there was actually no Barbell Club, it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Favorite workout?/Least favorite workout?
Favourite: 17.1
Least Favourite: DT & anything with more than 10 calories on the assault bike

  1. Part 1. Was great! I got the opportunity to lift with Dean and Alex!- As written on the whiteboard 🙂 finished with 10 UB Strict Handstand Pushups

    Part 2. The 3 of us teamed up and squeezed out approx 6-7 Rounds each 🙂 thanks again gang!

  2. I’m at home again today so I did a variation of this in my garage. I hit up Part 1 with a lower weight than on the white board. For part 2 since I was solo, I did 8 rounds of 7 deadlifts @225 and a 200m run in an 18 minute timespan. I incorporated some rest into the workout to simulate waiting for a partner to finish.

  3. That was an awesome workout. Got to partner with Jamar and it was good! It’s always great to train with someone better than myself. Got about 21 rounds, 7 Deads + 4 Cals.

  4. P1: tied my PR w/ a deadift at 375! 3 HSPU in the last round kipping #gassed

    P2: partnered up with Bunce, I have no idea how many rounds we did but went UB on deadlifts and >70RPM on every bike interval which was a huge win for me.

    ALSO, YAY ATHLETE OF THE MONTH – DO I GET FREE FIT AIDS??? 😉 😉

  5. Good workout tonight. Really enjoying the programming the past few weeks.

    Went a little heavier on Part 1: 275-315-365-405-455 on the deadlifts and finished with 25 strict HSPU. Luke and I smashed out 21 rounds plus 7 deadlifts on part 2. Good way to finish the workout.

    Followed that up with core and skill work in the Gymnastics Class with Coach Ali.

    Putting in the work! And having fun!

  6. That was an awesome workout.

    First part finished with 375 + 14 HSPU.

    Partnered with the awesome Jamar for part 2. We managed to hit 21 Rounds 7 deadlifts and 4 cals. Was probably one of my favorite ones thus far.

    Followed up finished with a bit of weightlifting.
