    Did a 400m run each round and 75lbs slowest round was 3:12 fastest 3:00 the others fell in between

  2. Did the workout with 95# on the barbell. 3:12 was the slowest round, squeaked one out in just under 3 minutes as the fastest.

    5:30 crew can really hustle, was a fun crowd today!

  3. Got deceivingly tough near the end. Had 125lbs on the bar, fastest was 2:45, slowest was 3:50 (whoops, trying to keep the running pace with Nate Dawg was not a good idea :P).

    Was extremely fun after a weightlifting sesh.
