  1. Wow, that was a tough WOD today. My back is already pretty tired from the weekend and yesterday’s workout.
    Part 1 – 8 rounds + 20 calories + 2 box jumps
    Part 2 – 185lb back squats and pushups instead of max air squats.

  2. Very deceptive workout, not much time for rest.

    Part 1: 140 calories on the bike plus 8 box *jumps*, clearly meeting the standard this time. 😛 😛
    Part 2: 115lb bench presses (quickly found my chest was still trashed from Riley on the weekend and the push up showdown yesterday), 25-35 air squats and a pretty casual pace on the bike.

  3. Such a good WOD!! first glance I thought it was going to a pretty easy day…HAHA of course was I put in my place! Clearly under estimated excellent programming

    Part 1. 8 rounds + 17 cals (Cody pushed me really hard)
