  2. Not sure if my legs are flushed just yet… still undecided on that! 🤭 Completed the 3 rounds in each part today with some modifications.

    Rowing / 5 box jumps, 25 step ups (24”)
    Assault Bike / Wall walk + 30 second hold
    Rowing / 3 TTB + 27 knee raises
