Overshot on the Assault Bike lol. Nailed 22cal on no time and then immediately regretted the wall balls. I plan to use this as a fitness assessment and repeat in a month.
6 6 6 6 6 6
So, did 135, 155 and 175
Kept my form neat and tidy as I could. Anxious to life more but moving smartly so as not to bring an injury in excitement to match others. 😉 so hard to park the ego sometimes but the best way to stay I jury free.
Fun class today with coach Brad. Spicy little team AMRAP with wallballs in the warmup, then 115-135-155-155-155-155 for the back squats.
Finished off the day by doing a quick WOD with Ricky and Eric Q: Accumulate 500 singles, while doing 5 pullups EMOM. (they did 300 dubs and a rope climb or peg board)
Stayed consistent for all 6 rounds at 315# focusing on core strength and staying upright and tight during the squat – it’s all about form – form – form!!!
