1 Squat Snatch (135/95)
2 Box Jumps (30/24)
3 Push Presses (135/95)
4 Toes to Bar
5 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
6 Hand-Release Pushups
7 Deadlifts (135/95)
8 GHD Sit-Ups
9 Kettlebell Swings (70/53)
10 Lunges (10 each side)
11 Wall Balls (20/14)
12 Calorie Assault Bike

The workout flows as follows, in this pattern:
1 Squat Snatch
2 Box Jumps, 1 Squat Snatch
3 Push Presses, 2 Box Jumps, 1 Squat Snatch
4 Toes to Bar, 3 Push Presses, 2 Box Jumps, 1 Squat Snatch
5 Hang Power Cleans, 4 Toes to Bar, 3 Push Presses, 2 Box Jumps, 1 Squat Snatch
… Continue this pattern through the 12 Calorie Assault Bike, with the final repetition being the 1 Squat Snatch at the finish.

    For Time: In teams of 2- As one partner works away, the other is doing 20 Calories on BIKE, then switch until work is complete.
    100- DB Snatch #65
    200- Pushups
    300- Wallballs #20
    27:14… I think was our final time with BIG T!
