  1. SOLID morning of training guys!- big thanks to the 7:30am crew for the hustle and especially BIG UPS to Christine for making some SOLID progress on her Ring Muscle ups! “Kip the dip” LOL
    Part 1. Pretty effective primer!, I was pretty warm after that! 5 Rounds on the SkiERG and 5 Rounds on the Rower
    Part 2. Finished all 10 rounds, consistently at the :25 second marker
