  1. Did 20 cals on the bike and 3 wall walks per round for part 1. Then 3 rounds of 9-6-3 @ #75 for part 2. Had to break up the larger sets into smaller to keep with the touch and go reps.

    Liked this workout a lot as it gave lots of time to work on technique. I think i’ve finally kicked the habit of bouncing the bar near position two. Much smoother yesterday! Thanks to Jamar and Brad for helping me out.
