Rowers and ski-ergs were all occupied at 530 class, so I did 121 cals on the bike for part 1 (12 cal x 10 rounds, usually had about 25-30s of rest each round).
Then did push presses using 40# dumbbells instead of HSPU and 60 singles instead of 30 dubs. Finished in 10:39.
I was working from home today so I hit a variation of this up in my Garage.
EMOM for 10 minutes of:
13 Burpees
Rest 5 minutes
10 rounds of:
30 double-unders
5 deficit HSPU (6″ deficit)
Total time including rest: 17:49
