  1. Part one : did leg less for 1 climb in the first round the. Went to two regular rope climbs every round.
    Took around 16 mins

    Part two @55lb
    1. Unbroken
    2. Unbroken
    3. 11 – 9
    4. 8-6-6
    5. 6 (holy shit my arms are gonna fall off) 5-5-4

  2. Soooooooooo… this was a doozy.

    Did regular rope climbs for the first 5 rounds, then pulled the heaviest sled for the last 5. The thrusters were at 65#, 10-10 for the first two rounds, then 10-5 for the next two to ensure I got a minute of rest ;), then 7-7-6 in the finale.

  3. This was definitely a tough day.

    Part 1 – 1 legless, 1 regular rope climb per round – 17:08
    Part 2 – 75lb Thursters – 20/20/13-7/10-5-5/8-7-5
