  1. Unable to make it in today….so did a Kara Webb inspired WOD at work

    5 Rounds
    – 20 cal row
    – 2 Power Cleans
    – 3 Squat Cleans
    – 4 Front Squats
    – 3 Thrusters
    Rest 2 min.
    … using 85lbs. Kara Webb used 80kg… which I could totally do too…just didn’t feel like it today!… 😛

    Ended with some old fashioned Bench Pressing (5×5 @ 115lb)

  2. These are the biggest mental challenge workouts for me…. the push to your limit then repeat over and over 😉
