    Rest: 5:42-10:42
    Round 2: 10:42- 17:31
    Rest: 17:31- 22:31
    Round 3: 22:31- 27:39

  2. Gymnastics practice!
    Worked on my HSPU with DB strict press #25, HSPU from a box
    And worked on BMU with jumping bar muscle ups and pull-ups
    Total time around 36 minutes 🐢🐢🐢
