    Part 1. 5 Rounds + 15 Cals on Bike
    Part 2. #275 for all 8 sets- except for the last set- I mistakenly did 3 reps…. Alex, Christine, Ali and Erika were peer pressuring me! 🙂

  3. Can actually say i enjoyed this wod a lot!
    4 rounds + 4 Cals RX – on the bike as apparently if you go to the bathroom when you return the rowers are all gone 😂
