  1. Worked up to 145# split jerk with some tips from Ricky. Felt great and definitely could have gone heavier.

    Used 35# for the dumbbells, 5 rounds plus 10.

    Worked to #305 on the split jerk with some coaching corrections.

    8 rounds 10 reps RX on Part 2.
